Job Position : FIELD FORCE MANAGER SAMSUNG JAKARTA
Requirements :
- Male and Female, Age max. 42 years old.
- Min. S1 with good academic record GPA = 3.00
- Have an experiences min. 5 years in managing team (Sales & Marketing) in huge area (nation wide).
- Have an experiences min. 3 years in retail business specially in electronic, handphone, IT (famous brands).
- Able to make operation strategy, planning and have a strong analyze capability.
- Hard worker, able to work in team, Communicative, good attitude
Job Description :
- Make operation strategy planning and have a strong analyze capability.
- Responsible to all branch operation.
- Responsible to retail sell-out, shop visibility, field information, channel coverage, retail asset and logistics performance.
- Close work with principles : Field operation, new model info, channel development and program, sales coverage plan, promotion program, incentive program, man power plan, PSOM/Merchandiser, new project execution, retail asset.
- Management of retail asset, detailing, promoter/MD and channel.
- Arranging training schedule and sharing information (eg, product line-up, launching plan)
