Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Mengawasi aktivitas yang melibatkan operasional area parkir, kebersihan area taman dan fasilitas umum, pest control, safety K3 (keamanan & keselamatan lingkungan), kebersihan area Koridor dan Lobby
- Melakukan pendataan dan pelaporan dari pengelolaan gedung beserta keseluruhan fasilitas
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan area untuk memastikan pengerjaan dengan benar dan melakukan koreksi dan koordinasi bila tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan
- Melakukan kontrol inventory pada logistik secara efisien dan menjaga kualitas pelayanan kepada tenant
Kualifikasi :
- Usia 27-35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) dari segala jurusan (diutamakan jurusan Perhotelan)
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai General Service di Shopping Mall/ Hotel minimal 2 tahun
- Menguasai aktivitas operasional di area gedung meliputi :
- Kebersihan & Kerapihan area Fasitlias Umum
- Pest Control
- Safety K-3
- Area Parking (Parking Management)
- Mampu mengerjakan laporan bulanan terkait dengan aktivitas operasional area & laporan penggunaan fasilitas dalam area
