Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for document processing enterprise licensing and legal issues
- Monitor expiry of agreement and licenses
- Handle paperwork and permits of the Company (Domisili, SIUP, IMB, UKL/UPL, etc)
- Co leading of legal issues both civil and criminal
- Co leading in drafting agreement and reviewing contracts i.e. KSO & leasing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Good English skill, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in law firm/corporate legal
- Have knowledge in legal aspects
- Proficient in windows and Microsoft Office package
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
