Social Media Staff

Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor degree in Communication (Advertising, Marketing Communication) or relevant field
- 2. Minimum 1-3 years of working relevant experience as social media strategis, social media content marketer or content creator
- 3. Having solid knowledge of Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
- 4. Having solid knowledge in social media analytics is a plus (socialbakers, g-trend, socialblade, etc)
- 5. Understand each “native language”and “nature” or “communication pace” of Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
- 6.Familiar with the expression method of Internet product copywriting
- 7. Have good product value extraction and expression skills
- 8. Execellent in copywriting
- 9. Familiarity with online marketing campaigns
- 10. Understanding using Canva/PSD, Basic Video Editing and Video Production
- 11. Familiar with video production aspects such as: lighting, props, videography & photography and etc
- 12. Creativity, independent, trend riding, ability to work in a team, dynamic and fun
- 13. Fluent in English (Writing & Reading), Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor degree in Design or relevant field
- 2. Having 3-5 years relevant experience as UI/UX Designer (with Internet product brand promotion and product design experience is PREFER)
- 3. Familiar with UI/UE design theory and methods, and have relevant cases
- 4. Familiar and updated with Indonesian visual trends
- 5. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- 6. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- 7. Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
- 8. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
