Posisi Kerja / Job Position :

Finish Goods Warehouse Deputy Manager

Placement :

Supply Chain Management team PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), Purwakarta, Jawa Barat

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking
• Strong understanding of Safety Regulation & Protocols
• Strong understanding of Quality Requirement
• Proven record in delivering high levels of customers satisfaction
• Good Leadership
• Knowledgeable in warehouse management and some experiences in logistics operations
• Strong understanding in administration and some experiences in logistics administration
• Familiar and hands on in using SAP MM system
• Min. 5 yrs experience in practicing above skills.

Principal accountabilities:

• Service Job in Logistics Operations
• Extensive contact with internal & external party related to FG warehouse, dispatching and Administration to meet procedure and policy defined by SPV.
• Lead and assist Material Management team on achieving their individual and department’s KPI
• Achieve best output and productivity
• Lead team on 5S and safety concerns at whole working areas
• Manage and maintain all company assets under authorized FGW
• Ensure data (inventory) accuracy and eliminate gap between actual and system
• Submit the material management related reports are correct and in time
• Responsible with quality of FG condition in Warehouse stock

Production Engineer

Job Description :

• to support production for stabilizing daily production performance management,
• including monitoring of daily performance and supporting problem investigation,
• problem solving and to lead trials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
• Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking
• Rich experience in Chemical / continuous process plants in the field of production, project management, process design & engineering.
• Experience in understanding SOPs, problem solving, process calculations, process flow charts and P&ID development, Heat & Mass balance, Energy conservation, Sizing & selection of equipment, knowledge of data sheets, equipment layouts, Knowledge of International standards etc.
• Sound knowledge on Safety, Health and Environmental management system and standard
• Good communication & English speaking skills.
• Knowledge on continuous improvement methods & tools
• Analytical & technical knowledge about the unit operations
• Min. 5 yrs experience in practicing above skills.

Principal accountabilities:

• To support the production teams in implementing Lenzing Production System.
• To support the production teams in daily problem solving activities.
• To facilitate production for short projects and trials
• To closely collaborate with Continuous Improvement & Improve Plant for production processes improvements and skills development (exchange information, share best practice, benchmark, get guidance, ...)
• To support production by carrying out regular inspections that will open opportunities for Process Optimization & Improvement of Production processes related to safety, quality & efficiency improvement
• To develop concept & initiate Modifications for process owner and Improve Plant to develop CAPEX vouchers required to maintain the assets of the plant.
• To support the HAZOP, Continuous improvement related activities in the department like various trials, analyze the Key Operating Parameters (KOPs) etc
• To support Production Department heads in customizing technical reports and KPI’s related to performance.
