    1. Finance Executive

    Requirements :

    • -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • - Minimum 5 years experience as Finance/Accounting Supervisor
    • - Strong in problem solving and analytical thinking
    • - Have deep knowledge about product costing
    • - Required skill(s) : SAP, Brevet A/B/C
    • - Willing to work in Cikarang
    • - Can join immediately

    2.Purchasing Executive

    Requirements:

    • -Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering any major
    • -Minimum 3 year experience as Purchasing Executive
    • -Having deep knowlegde about import, logistic, warehouse.
    • -Maximum 40 years old
    • -Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must ), Mandarin is preferable
    • -Able to operate Microsoft Office & SAP
    • -Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
    • -Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
    • -Mature, detail oriented, problem solving, high self motivation

    Assistant Manager HRGA

    Job Description:

    • - Develop and implement corporate function strategies (manpower, GA, and legal) and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • -Keep updated with the latest trends in the field of applied human resource activities, legal updates and world-wide HR trends
    • - Prepare and monitoring company's legal documents according to government's rules and regulations.
    • - Develop manpower budget and establish a process to review the manning structure to improve the operation efficiency
    • - Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • - Responsible for the periodic HR planning and budgeting
    • - Prepare procedures and documentations for performance management system.
    • - Set standards, procedures and work instruction for recruitment and placement.
    • - Identifies competence standard for all employees and prepare evaluation and training system to develop employees skills.
    • - Maintain employee relations, ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported and resolved
    • - Supervise and take care disputes and work accidents.
    • - Conducting new employee orientations, training, counseling, and coaching staff
    • - Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
    • - Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
    • - Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
    • - Handle confidential matters with discretion

    Requirements :

    • -  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management
    • - At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Supervisor / Asst.Manager of HRGA
    • - Have a deep understanding in KPI, PDCA, etc
    • - The personable leader who is able to nurture and create culture in a diverse environment
    • - Loves challenges and want to make a difference
    • - Familiar with handling matters to DepNaker (Employee Department) and BPJS (Employee Insurance Department)
    • - Agility, analytics, communication, empathy, compassion, and discretion
    • -Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
    • - Able to communicate in English (speak & written)
