Job Description :
As L1 and L2 Test Engineer you will support the QA Team for make sure that any issue being solve and application can go-live. You will responsible for:
1. Check of all the services (Application and System) being hosted by USER for CUSTOMER and sending a daily KPI sheet in predefined manner.
2. List of all the issued and coordinating with L3 Support at USER head office for closure.
3. Patch update on staging and testing of the bug and corresponding impact modules.
4. Production Patch update and sanity testing of the application.
5. Coordinating with CUSTOMER Business and Tech teams for new Change Requests. Understaning the CR, communication the same to USER team.
6. Collecting timelines for the CR and communication to CUSTOMER accordingly. Tracing the delivery of this requirement and ensuring that it it delivered as per plan.
7. Staging and Production update of the CRs and testing thoroughly.
8. Daily report to CUSTOMER on open issues and open CRs along with the status in predefined format.
9. Managing client communication in case of major issues.
10. The tasks mentioned above shall be monitored by USER in daily bases and report for every 15 days.
Job Requirements :
Required Skill Sets:
Good technical knowledge of Linux, MariaDB, Jboss, and SQL. (Linux is a must)
General Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Engineering (Computer, Electrical Industrial), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcome!!
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English knowledge is necessary.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, and understand concerns.
Willing to work in shifts is necessary.
Willing to work in Client’s side is necessary.
Must possess strong will towards identifying, analyzing, and closing problems raised in the software and applications.
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently, professional and friendly attitude with clients/customer to establish what the problem is and explain the solution over the phone or face-to-face.
Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
